August 26,2018.I am updating my review. I purchased this for the second time. The shipping took 6 days after placing an order. It was okay. This time, the mist was fine and came out evenly. So, that made me think my last one was malfunction.I made my own toner by using this wonderful rose water.I added blue yarrow extract and prickly pear extract to make more soothing and healing effect for my hypersensitive acne prone skin.And the result, it's working for my skin. I am glad that I have tried. I will purchase Alteya Rose Water again.My previous review:It smells good. Price matches the quality. I like the Amber glass bottle. However, I took one star out because the mist is terrible. It does not come out evenly. It is more like spray, not mist.

I’ve purchased over a dozen brands of rose water spray and this is by far the best. I spray my clean face just before applying hyaluronic acid for moisture retention. I also use it as a refreshing facial spray anytime, even over makeup. I’m on my third bottle. It is worth every penny!

I purchased Alteya Organics Bulgarian Rose Water and I am very pleased with my purchase. Product came in a nice quality dark violet glass spray bottle. The mist sprays out fine and even. The rose water smells pretty good, a little strong at first but it fades nicely. My skin has started to feel so soft after using the Rose Water! The produst seems fresh and has a best before date stamped on box. I haven't been using it that long and I am new to rose waters but I made the choice of Alteya Organics by reading about them on their web-site. They sounded like they new what they were doing so I figured I would give them a try. As far as my experience thus far with the company and their product, I will keep using and I would repurchase!

Update: I gave it to my sister and she said it " feels soft and smells beautiful". Just being honest about the product, I guess it verys from person to person.I've had this glass black bottle for several days now and I've only used it twice because of how bad it smells and it only leaves my skin feeling "okay". Not worth the money or dealing with the smell. I normally don't mind wasting money on my skin care but not when there's absolutely nothing to gain and THE SMELL Ugh!!

So disappointed! This “Award Winning Rose Water” was not sealed and the box looks all beat up, like it’s been traveling around for a long time. I sprayed a little bit on my arm - took a whiff and.. nothing! Not even a hint of a fragrance of any kind. Seriously, I am convinced that the bottle is filled with plain old water. I just can’t believe that this company is letting its customers down in such way that is inconceivable to me. If I go to a department store (insert name here) there is no way they would sell any beauty product in an unsealed box. Period!I was all excited while waiting for the rose water to arrive, but now I’m just furious. This is a new low, I never expected to be swindled like this, ever, especially not on Amazon.

I bought this for my wife, at her request and this is what she has to say about the product." It is a beautiful bottle and presentation. It was a perfect addition for my vanity. The expiration date of 6/2018 is perfect, so it is a fresh product. That said, it is the first time I purchase rose water so I am not sure how it is supposed to smell, and the truth is that I am not in total love with the smell of the water. But it could be that I don"t like the smell of rose water in general, not the Alteya brand in particular.. As for my skin, i think it is a great tonic and I already can feel my skin softer and more moisturized. Plus even though I am not in love with the smell, I do feel uplifted when i spray it in the morning. Does that make sense? Hope this helps!"

I use this as a toner and also to add a bit of rose scent to my hair. I purchased Altreya's rose water a few months ago and loved it. I ran out a little over a week ago so grabbed a small bottle of a discount store brand of rose water to try. I was super disappointed. I quickly hopped on Amazon and bought a large bottle of Alteya and will never use another brand again. Altreya's has a subtle but much brighter scent and it absorbs quickly. It is light and refreshing and you can really tell it is just a higher quality than what I have bought locally.

I was told that my daily use of witch hazel could be drying my skin,and it was suggested that I switch to rose water. After browsing on line and comparing many rose waters,yours sounded the best. I am unbelievably happy with your product! and can honestly say that I already feel a difference.Also,the spray is unique to any I have found on other products that come in a spray bottle. It is so fine and even,which delivers a perfect mist.Thank you for your company,and I look forward to being a customer for a very long time :) DON’T CHANGE A THING!
