The Brine Marine Oil Extractor Vacuum Pump allows clean and easy changing of oil, fluids, and lubricants. Simply insert the appropriate size hose into the dipstick tube of the vehicle/vessels oil reservoir and start pumping. After approximately 15 pumps oil will start flowing into the pump’s reservoir and a vacuum will have been created. This vacuum allows oil to continue to flow until empty without any additional pumping. After oil is fully drained press the pressure release valve, remove the tubes from the pump, and seal with provided reservoir plug until ready to dispose. The 7 quart (6.8L) reservoir is large enough for most vehicle and vessels. Included hose storage tube keeps hoses organized and reduces oil drips. What a piece of crap!!!
Doesn't pump oil like it is advertised to do! I used this product for well over an hour and only got a total of 3.5 quarts in the reservoir before I threw up my hands and said the heck with it. By some of the other reviews it appears that I am not the only disappointed customer! By the way I was attempting to pump the oil out of a 5.0L MerCruiser. I did warm up the engine as directed. So now I will probably have to pay to have the oil changed properly. I am so discusted in this product. I would never recommend it to anyone!

Not for Boats.
This product may work if your hoses are longer. Reading the directions are key. It’s indicates several times that it has to be at the very bottom. The problem is the hoses are not even as long as the dipstick. Maybe if you go out and can find longer hoses the exact same diameter it will work. Definitely does not work for the purpose of a boat. Went to auto parts store bought one of the shelf works great and a lot cheaper.

Great product, definent oil change game changer
Product works as advertised and def makes doing oil changes a look quicker. I don't have a garage so having to go get ramps, and taking my tools out of storage makes doing oils changes 2 hr event. With this i don't need to crawl under the car, and worry about getting oil everywhere when the wind blows. I can change the oil and filter within 30 min, and take the used oil to be disposed of in the same container.Thanks Brine Marine

Should of bought one sooner!
My first oil extractor and I love it. I used to have to haul my boat out to drain the outboard, now I just do it while it’s in the water which saves me money and time. Best of all I don’t spill any more oil on the driveway and just take the entire extractor to an auto store to dispose the old oil. Can’t wait to try in my car. Wish I got one sooner.

Worked once
Worked once and then wouldn't work again. Have 2 skis and couldn't do the second one before we went to buy something different. Total waste of time and money

Works very well. Would be better if each extraction line was longer. Overall great product

Cheap and doesn’t work
Horrible product. I used it once. After about an hour I got frustrated because it had sucked maybe a quart of oil from the engine. As I was about to give up on it the relief button stripped out of the plastic cover. Now it won’t create a vacuum and is totally worthless. Buy something else unless you want to throw away your money.

Glad I bought it
Awesome product, works great. Tried it on my lawnmowers and didn’t have the mess that usually comes with changing oil on them.
