This water wax is actually awesome. I came across this product at a salon years ago, and have not stopped ordering it via Amazon since then! It feels pretty light in the hands, and works to give some flair and containment to my really curly heavy hair. It holds for a surprisingly long time as well and isn't too bad to wash out.I'm sure there are other really good products out there, but I haven't had a reason to leave this one yet!

If you are like me and have super curly hair, this product is great for a strong hold without the miserable feeling that your hair is a piece of plastic. Easy to wash out with water, and a nice finish.

Very effective product. Pleasantly unique texture & has a pleasing scent.

I love this product but it is now different than it used to be. It's usually a translucent sea foam green color that spreads easily in the palm of your hands. This stuff is clear and more like a gelatin that rolls into balls and you have to work to get it to smooth out before applying it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a bad batch and ordered again, same thing. I won't be ordering it again from Amazon.

Perhaps there are guys out there who might like this product, but no women I know would use it. I’ve been looking for a replacement for Redkens water wax which was discontinued but this certainly is not it. Goopy mess...

The product I was using is no longer available (don’t you just hate that?). So I did some research to find something comparable and it was Fat Boy! It isn’t sticky and gives my hair the lift and shine I like. I get many compliments on my hair because it gives it fullness without the stickiness. Good job, Fat Boy! 😃

I have never written a review before.. but this was such a great product, I wanted to share. My hair is very difficult for me to “style” myself... but this has mad all the difference.

I have a new pixie haircut. This water wax gives my thin, limp hair body to be able to "tussle" my hair. A little goes a long way. Don't over due or it will be greasy. Great product recommended and used by my hairdresser. Does not have a scent.
