But it's really the performance that makes all the difference for me. I usually work out in the morning - Naked Energy wakes me up and gets me feeling great on my run, no matter how groggy I am getting out of bed. I recommend it! Review: I found this product to give me the right amount of energy I needed before heading to the gym. Mixes into water well, the powder wasn’t clumpy or firm in the container like I’ve heard from other reviews. I would have given 5 stars, but the flavor and taste was just a bit chalkier/grittier than other preworkouts I’ve had. Similar taste to the chewable vitamin C supplements. Besides that, this is a great product!

I love this brand, and was excited to try their preworkout because their other products have been a hit! I Do like the citrus flavor and how it’s not super artificial tasting. It gave me the burst of energy I needed for my workout. My only con is that it have me the tingling feeling and I’ve strayed away from pre workouts that make me feel like that.
