I am very happy with this product. I started using it several months after I developed tendonitis in my elbow after I had overexerted my elbow when lifting an extremely heavy object. I kept thinking that the tendonitis would get better over time and I tried not to aggravate it but it did not (probably because I am right handed and it was my right elbow) so I ordered this product and within two weeks of using the product my elbow is feeling much better and is healing. A couple of years ago, I ordered this same product for husband when he strained his rotator cuff in a skiing fall and it also was not getting better. Shortly after he started taking it, his shoulder started feeling better, too.

This product was recommended by a friend to help heal a torn rotator cuff muscle and a ruptured bicep tendon. This is a long term application and I am not sure if I will ever really know if it works. But I am trying all and everything to avoid surgery. One plus is that it helps me sleep at night. I take it with tramadol just before I turn off the light and it ups the effect. I use Enzymedica, Repair Gold, in conjunction with their Natto-K product line. I work out several times a week and I have thyroid issues and am gluten intolerant. This stuff makes such a difference, my soreness from workouts is remarkably decreased. My entire system needs the enzyme boost that Repair Gold and Natto-K give it. Everything processes better through my system giving me some help metabolizing proteins, fats, dairy, grains, etc. If I forget to take this for several days within 72 hrs I know it! This enzyme product was listed In a book I read on improving your health and immune system. At the time I was experiencing symptoms from a rare form of lymphoma. The doctors were skeptical, but I started taking this supplement along with several others, and I no longer have any signs of my lymphoma returning after 3 years of use. Liked the price here as was paying more from another company.

I take this for my knee. Had a knee issue and a friend that works in the ortho world told me about this product. Started taking it and in about 2-3 weeks my knee felt great. Still taking it as a preventative measure. I play a lot of tennis and it helps keep me on the court.
