I use this in combination with an impulse sealer and a normal hair dryer. It shrinks exactly as you expect and the finish is nice and smooth. The hair dryer may be a bit slower than a heat gun but you also don't melt through the plastic.I've found the trick is to cut a little hole in a corner before applying heat. This way the air has somewhere to escape through instead of ripping a seam.

Thinner than expected. Shrink wrap on low heat

I have found shrink bags in the past to get holes in them when you shrink them. I only had that problem one time and that was because I did not get a good seal with my sealer. These bags worked great.

The wrap film were perfect for the task at hand. The price wasn't bad either. Next time however, I think I will need an lighter guage. This 100 gauge leaves some pretty sharp edges after shrinkage. Don't want to cause any injuries so re-heat and tuck the sharp edges in. A lighter guage, softer film would be perfection.

Works as expected, no problems but I will probably go heavier next time. For small items I cut off the excess before shrinking, otherwise it leaves a messy end. If the trim is big enough I save it and use later, having both ends open before shrinking is not a problem.
