If you've never tried FreezeSleeve products for icing, you need to. Where has this been all my sporting life??? This thing is amazing for those weird places to ice (thigh, knee, back). I also bought the sleeve for the arm. You won't give yourself frostbite by leaving it on too long. It will get "warmer" in the 10-20 minute icing session you should be doing, but stays icy long enough to do the trick. It doesn't take long to rechill it in the freezer for the next use. No water leaks out of the plastic bag onto you or the couch or the floor. No peas are ruined in the process. This is worth your money. I've gifted this multiple times and everyone that tries them thanks me for introducing them to FreezeSleeve.

Absolutely works and I love this product. I have 2 of them and I bought the sleeves for my knees. They are soft and pliable and stay very cold for about 20 -25 minutes. Excellent after sports to help with inflammation. I used this pad after my knee surgery and got more relief than the ice machine that the hospital sent home with me. If you have inflammation and are tired of the hard frozen pads that don't wrap well then buy this and look at their entire product line.

It covers my back from my neck down to my hips area.The weight is sufficient to relax my muscles and also get pain relief.The material is very soft allowing the cold temperature to be constant allover my back.Just twenty minutes is enough!Excellent product!
