This is a great set of 3 grips for the price. The last a good time, relative to how much you play of course, but I really like how it helps you grib the handle even loose. You can feel the tackiness and use it to feel for the ball. Hope the price stays around here cus Ill eventually be back for more, lol.

Played semi competitive amateur tennis many years ago, have tried and gone through a medley of different types of grips/wraps. Understanding that this is a versatile grip, good for many different sport racquets, but this review on the gamma grip is exclusively for tennis racquets. While the feel, texture and comfort is often more subjective than not, there are a few observations worth noting: 1. Aesthetics: it’s a decent looking grip (black), goes well w/ any color/type of tennis racquets. 5/5 star 2. Comfort: has a good feel, subtle softness. 5/5 Star Can overlay another layer (sometimes we’ve done that) to increase cushion but it also adds bulkiness which may not work for some. 3. Durability: each new grip generally lasted through 7-10 matches (2-3 sets) with some degradation only. In recent times, playing for pleasure only by it seems to last quite a bit longer, months perhaps longer to years depending on frequency of play. 4/5 star 4. Ease of putting on: it’s fairly straightforward and even if one doesn’t get it quite right the first time around, re-do’s do not effect the grip whatsoever. 5/5 star 5. Absorbency: As expected, when brand new, absorbency is generally better but it’s comparable with other brands, if not better 4/5 star 6. Tackiness: It offers decent tackiness, but not the most tacky, it works. 4/5 Star 7. Value: Good value even better if a discount is offered; often see 3 grips/pack at sporting stores >$8 per pack. 5/5 star Keep in mind, there are other Gamma grips that may offer more cushion or more tackiness but at different price points. Update: following degradation of the grip after many usages, begin to see and leave remnants or residue on the hand; also degradation of the grip also occurs even if unused beyond a certain point in time >1 yr (signs of flaking)

Fantastic. My hand hasn't slipped yet, and we're playing a lot. Great wrap, just wish they would sell it in packs of 4.

I go through overgrips every month or so, so I need to buy them in bulk. My regular Gamma overgrip was discountinued, and the company said this was the closest replacement, so, I tried it, and am satisfied. I like the "stickiness" to my hand, and, after wrapping, it has a nice padding (not too thick or thin), and it does not seem to be affected by sweat or however long or hard I hold it. The white color makes it a little hard to see when it needs to be replaced (I prefer black, but, Amazon didn't offer it in this model), but, I can feel when it's time to replace it, and it becomes obvious at some point. Good value; works well for me.

We use Gamma grip to tape the grab handle of our RV at the door. Photo was taken at night w/out flash, it's obvious how bright this tape is (this pink tape was left over from previous order)! Just as we like it. Sure beats grabbing cold metal on a freezing day. Tape is nice & "sticky" tacky-- perfect for the door grip handle, esp. when carrying groceries, etc., and trying to hoist oneself up the steep RV step-- can be TRICKY! Love the tacky grip! Another benefit is that it helps the driver spot the door step in the side mirror, while driving, to rest assured that the step ''did" retract (the step is just nearly beneath the Gamma-grip taped handle. Bright! Nice soft tacky grip. One Gamma 3-pack lasted 2-yrs., used exclusively to wrap this grab handle. That's 3-rolls in 2-years. Considering the tape, being outdoors, is exposed to temperature extremes, rain, wind, sun, e.g.-- that's a good run for this product. After c. 9-months the tape (again, being OUTSIDE!) starts to fade and get mold spots, so I just remove it and apply a fresh roll. On a tennis racquet stored indoors this (fading, moldiness) should not come into play. Great item!

Used this to repair a paddle and it was easy to use to replace damaged tape. Sticks well and has been a good purchase.

It is grippy without being overly tacky. It seems to last a bit longer than most grips. It is not soft and spongy like some grips. The color is true to the picture.

save money & buy the Gamma, excellent thickness & sweat absorption, of course summer time will require quicker replacements

overgrip com muita durabilidade, usei diversas vezes e ainda mantém a aderência.

Ottimo overgrip. Va posizionato tenendolo bene in tensione per evitare che si sposti successivamente nell'utiizzo della racchetta. Morbido e durevole. Abbastanza assorbente, ma con sudorazione molto forte d'estate può risultare scivoloso. Si risolve asciugando ogni tanto il manico della racchetta. Durata superiore a tutti quelli finora provati.
