Aqua JoeSJI-TLS18 3-Way Turbo Oscillation Lawn Sprinkler, w/Range, Width, Flow Control (Packaging May Vary)

I was looking to replace a 22 year old metal Nelson sprinkler. It covered roughly 2000 sq. ft. and has held up and worked flawlessly over the years. To say I got my moneys worth out of it is an understatement. Unfortunately it started leaking at the hose end connection and was time for a replacement. After looking through quite a few sprinklers to replace this old boy with cost playing a bit of a factor, I decided on the Aqua Joe SJI-TLS18 3-Way Turbo Oscillation Lawn Sprinkler. The stated 4500 sq. ft. coverage on the Aqua Joe is a bit of a stretch as is with just about all other sprinklers on the market. The coverage area also depends on your homes water pressure. My homes water pressure registered 45 PSI when tested with the Rain Bird water pressure gauge. With 45 PSI of water pressure, I would assume this Aqua Joe sprinkler should be putting out close to 3000 sq. ft. of coverage of the 4500 sq.ft. stated. I have other brand oscillating sprinklers and all are over rated by the manufacturer as to the square footage. You may be able to get the stated square footage output if you connect it to a fire hydrant :-) . When I connected it today and turned on the faucet, I was elated to see the Aqua Joe covered the same square footage as my old Nelson sprinkler. That's basically all I was looking for in a replacement but, a bit more coverage would have been a bonus. The Aqua Joe is easily adjustable but, be cautious with adjustments as this is all plastic parts other then the hose connection. As to the durability, time will tell. The 2 year warranty offered is a big plus. Just be certain to register your product with the enclosed registration card. Although it states Aqua Joe, it will be registered and covered through the Sun/Snow Joe company. I had good customer service experience with them when I needed a replacement part for my Sun Joe pressure washer.

This is a less expensive AquaJoe model that offers the same features except that it does not have a valve to change the flow rate. Although it is not shown in the description, it also comes with a 2-year warranty. Some reviewers believe the plastic parts will not hold up well, but I've gotten 10 years plus out of plastic sprinklers if I bring them inside when not in use. Oscillating sprinklers are well suited to square/rectangular areas, but they are more affected by wind. Reducing water flow so that the stream is lower helps with this but the problem is other sprinklers will stop moving at lower flows. I'm impressed that this one continues to move at lower flow rates, making it more versatile, making it suited for areas as narrow as 5 feet. It's a heavier-duty build than other sprinklers of the same type and should hold up well. Highly recommended.

I purchased three of these to help get our lawn watered this year and two of them are working amazing and I love them. They spray water far and wide and have great adjustments on them to adjust the type of coverage that is needed.The disappointing part is that one of them keeps jamming doesn’t work that well and we have to keep going out and adjusting it so that it will oscillate appropriately. I should probably initiate on it, but I’m too lazy. I won’t buy another one because of this, but I am happy with the two that are working.I thought they would be a lot heavier, and they are not they are mostly made of plastic.

I love this sprinkler, It waters such a big area all at once and it's easy to adjust where you want it to spray. The sprinkler is lightweight but durable.

Since the base is plastic, if the hose is cold it may be difficult to align the sprinkler to where you want it to spray. When the hose is warm, this thing does a fantastic job with direction control.... forward and backward, along with side to side spray pattern. I have used it every day since we got it, and it works great. All the adjustments are easy, even when the water is running.

This water spreader works great_ It covers about 50 x 20 yards on high (more than I need) so I turn the water on about halfway_ Its easy to use_ I havent had to clean mine internally yet, as I just recently bought it_ I like the looks too_ The Cyan color really pops_ Makes watering look like fun - lol

While it worked, it worked great. It’s been 2 years and it just failed today. It no longer moves back and forth. I was hoping this would be something that would last a lot longer.

I have a snowjoe blower and decided to try this sprinkler. I like adjusting the movement of the individual sprayers which makes a versatile pattern. Great quality for the price

Very easy to adjust and great spray pattern. Good solid construction, nice colour. Comes with a cleaning plug on one end that you unscrew and use to clean the spray jets if the water has a high mineral level that may plug the nozzles after the water evaporates. The water in my area has a high mineral content that plugs the spray jets on shower heads taps and anything that uses water and then dries out leaving the calcium deposited all over the shower head. It is a very good garden sprinkler and a great price.

I think this is the worst sprinkler I've ever used. It leaks everywhere and the range, presumably because of the leaks, is nothing like that claimed, I'm using it only until I can find a better one. It also needs an adaptor as the connection is opposite to the normal European one.

I bought the Aqua Joe after buying a Yard works sprinkler yearly for the past 3 years. The build quality in the Yardworks leaves a lot to be desired!The Aqua Joe has been a blessing, no issues with the mechanics and it allows you the flexibility to custom set where you want water to go. I can’t see myself having to buy another sprinkler for years to come!Thanks Aqua Joe for such a great design and quality of materials !
