Excellent resource. There is a lot of repetition of some simple content as well, but the book gives great insights from every possible perspective on the topic

Amazing information this little book has. A must read for a spiritual aspirant. But many of the exercises are really not practical for a self practcing aspirant, nobody has that much body flexibility to bend legs and all in such ways. I think one would really need a yoga master for that but surely anyone on spiritual journey should read it, knowledge never goes to waste, if you can practice even a bit form the book it's worth it.

With full respect from my heart , i would emphatically state that every chapter of this highly and complete knowledgeble book,i again state every chapter of this book , is an encyclopaedia of the subject which it explains of Moola Bhanda .I repeatedly serched for a book which completely deals with MoolaBhanda and till present found only one which deals fully on (this most important above all) subject.Innumerable thanks to Bihar School of Yoga , i would fail in my duty if i dont express my gratitude to this encyclopaedia of MoolaBhanda.Upteen thanksss.
