I bought there cause I was have hormonal acne on my chin and neck out of no were. Super depressing and annoying. I never had this issues so I did not understand. I’ve really liked this probiotic overall — it’s gentle on my stomach, easy to take, and I’ve noticed improvements in my digestion and overall hormone balance. I noticed my period came with way less PMS symptoms since starting this product. The only downside is the strong orange smell when I open the bottle. At first it didn’t bother me, but over time it’s gotten a little overwhelming and honestly makes me not want to take it some days. Still a good product, just wish the scent wasn’t so strong.

Honestly I was skeptical at first this stuff has helped so much I have more energy ,my sleep quality has improved, my self esteem has risen I've noticed the bloating has went down significantly I've tried everything to lose weight this pill has more than one use I've noticed some huge changes in my mood being better I 100% recommend this I waited at least 2 weeks before giving this 5 stars make sure you take it at the same time every day it's easy to use and it tastes like oranges I really like that it's got a pleasant taste. I was beginning my third bottle this morning, and after opening it, they were all stuck together. :-( I had to take my finger in there and pry pretty hard to get them apart. They must have gotten hot but it's March in PA so I'm not sure where that would have happened or what might have caused the issue. I held the bottle sideways, and in the picture you can see most of them are sticking to one side of the bottle. Then...I just happened to count them when putting them back in the jar, and there were only 27 capsules, not 30. That's very disappointing. They're not cheap. I went back through and looked at when I ordered my first bottle until now, and counted 60 days for the bottles on my calendar, and the numbers of where I should be starting this new bottle are definitely off. I shouldn't be needing to start a new bottle today. :-( So now I feel I will have to count the capsules in each bottle because I don't feel that I can't trust that there are actually 30 in there, and if it continues with my next bottle, then I won't be purchasing these again, sadly. As far as how I feel on them, I want to say that after my first bottle I felt like my waist slimmed down maybe an inch that first month so the bloating helped, but now that I've been on them for 2 months, I feel like I'm back at where I started. I do love the citrus scent, however. I don't mind that at all.
