Beautiful and functional. Perfect for yoga of all levels.
This strap is so adorable! I tried to use other materials to get the same job done, but it is not the same as using this strap. It’s comfortable and hasn’t gotten dirty or worn out with practice. I’ll be ordering more bands form this seller as my practice grows.

Love that it's all cotton. I purchased and returned one elsewhere because it was too slippery and thin. This one is great for what I use it for which is wrapping it like a pretzel around my shoulders to help with posture : )

Very nice strap - it is wider and heavy then the ones used at the gym class. With that said - that could be a positive or a negative. For me - I am an elderly lady with arthritis hands. So being wider and stiffer makes it harder to grip. Hopefully it will loosen up some with more use.
