This is a very good product and am very pleased with the exceptional customer service by Nageena from CbeeSo. Received a confirmation call from CbeeSo confirming the product is dispatched and provided a helpdesk no in case of any queries or assistance required.When I opened the product, the side cloth was missing in the contents, contacted Nageena on helpline no and she not only arranged immediate dispatch of missing cloth by courier but also pro actively followed up with the courier company to ensure package was delivered on time. The media could not be loaded. Good quality and value for money. Very easy to arrange good strength

Packing issue
In materials one rod was damaged, packing should be done with more safety,for the rods or any other piece of the product do not get damaged,and plastic joint pieces could have been much better,because in future we can easily dessemble and again assemble,the plastic pieces looks like it's for the one time use if we try to resassemble might plastic piece get broke, otherwise, it is good!

Wrong model and broken parts
First of all, you can see in images what i ordered and what i get... in addition to this 2 broken connector A.... even sew on fabric part is not upto the mark...Bottom one has loose fitting

Good but i am not sure of Plastic couplings
Good but i am not sure of Plastic couplings.Some were already having cracks.Please let me know if i can get replacement / additional Plastic couplings both type.

Zipper quality
The zipper is of low quality . It just broke in 3 days
