Packaging shipped: Completely adequate Assembly: Accompanying written instructions with diagrams were very poor. text and diagrams were tiny. I did not use the recommended Video on cloud for instructions. Looks and Feel: Looks like a toy :-) the body is plastic and when coupled with the long metal handles has considerable shake giving the impression of not being that sturdy but on use seems acceptable. Use: The starting torque is very low because probably a split-phase induction motor. At full speed the cut is acceptable. I have an 800 meter2 garden and I was able to cut overgrown 15cm grass and weeds by going slowly over the thick sections regulating my speed by listening to the speed of the motor. I estimate about 1h for my lawn size. I don't use the included grass catcher - instead I prop open the rear door with a twig and let the cut grass fall back onto the lawn to act as mulch when dried. You have to do this or use the grass holder, otherwise the grass will jam the blade and overload the motor. Cord length: I had to buy an additional extension cord of 35m as the one with the unit was only 15m and not adequate. The included wire and plug are of good quality. If you need to buy an extension get one with 3-cores and at least 2.5mm2 area copper. Based on the materials I estimate that the gross profit the manufacturer is making is > > 50%. However this is the best that I could find online and I want to support make in India. Extra Blades: No extra blades were included.

Sharpex really shines in the world of Electric Lawn Mowers. I've been using their 16" Blade model for over three months now, and I couldn't be happier with how it performs and holds up. Extremely poor quality

This works fine at one house where there is no rccb, but at our house where we have a rccb it keeps tripping when we turn on the lawn mower. Not sure what is the issue, but other mowers work fine.

I had tried many different models for my lawn but none lasted more than 6 months. This model seems to work well and I am happy with it's quality and performance. I just can't comment on how long this would last but I can say that I am very happy with the purchase. The quality of packing, the build quality (though the outer body is mostly plastic, it's well made), the quality of long electric cable and everything else looks very good.
