Great Vitamins. I always had an aftertaste when taking Iron, but not with these. so far my fav.

Iron supplements and I have a history. A lot of them feel harsh, or they mess with my stomach if I’m not careful. I’ve been taking this one with food, and so far it’s been noticeably easier on me than the cheap iron tablets I tried years ago. I can’t claim I turned into a superhero overnight, but I did notice fewer “randomly wiped” afternoons when I was training consistently and also working too much. Could be coincidence, but it’s been consistent enough that I kept taking it instead of abandoning it in the cabinet. Minor gripe: the inclusion of extra vitamins is fine, but it also makes it one of those things I don’t want to stack thoughtlessly with a bunch of other stuff. I ended up spacing it out from my usual multivitamin just to keep it simple. If you’ve avoided iron because of how it can feel, this one’s been pretty manageable for me.

I really appreciate when knowledgeable supplement companies create thoughtful combinations. I often find myself confused about which vitamins help each other’s absorption and which can interfere. Iron and B vitamins are two that I like to take in addition to my multivitamin, so I truly appreciate that Momentous put them together in one supplement and advises taking them on an empty stomach, which is so wonderfully simple. I find it easier to remember vitamins that I have to take in the morning on an empty stomach, which there aren’t too many of. I also experienced no stomach issues, which is a common concern with iron supplements, making this particularly easy to take. I’m not an expert on NSF certification, but from what I understand, the NSF Certified for Sport testing involves third-party verification, which is reassuring in an industry that is otherwise lightly regulated. The more independent testing a company does, the more confidence I have in their products. Finally, I think the price point is very fair, especially considering that this is a 60-day supply.

I was having trouble with my Hemoglobin and I started taking this and it has really helped. The combination of vitamin C made the difference. I had to get a blood transfusion before this for GI issues. I’m thankful to have found this.

This one used Ferrochel, which is a brand of ferrous bisglycinate chelate. I'll spare you the chemistry, but know that this form is more absorbable and easier on the tummy than other forms of iron. The quality here is apparent from the lab testing - NSF Certified for Sport means it's been third-party tested for purity and banned substances, which matters even if you're not an athlete. The formula here combines iron (25 mg) with vitamin C for additional absorption, and a full B-complex for energy. The pills themselves are small and easy to swallow, especially with water. They go down easily and leave no aftertaste. I also haven't noticed any adverse stomach reactions, which bodes well for long term use. The serving size is two a day, so with 60 pills this is a month's supply, which makes the price more than reasonable for a high-quality, lab-tested supplement.

Momentous iron supplements work well. They are easy to swallow and there is a very slight aftertaste but it's not gross. I like that there is an added vitamin B complex as well as vitamin C. Ferrochel iron is new for me because I am used to ferrous sulfate as the form of iron I have taken before. I didn't experience any stomach discomfort when using the iron.

Very excellent complex of vitamins and minerals that support my health and wellbeing. The easy to use capsules have good scent and flavor. I feel better physically and mentally knowing that I’m giving my body essential vitamins and minerals. I don’t always eat healthy, but I can provide my body with good supplements, and this one works well. Excellent ingredients, quality, and value!
