Mio MiVue A30 Rear View Camera with 140 Degree Wide Angle View

Very pleased. Great image. Works well with front camera.

Works brilliantly with the mivue 798. Good picture quality; clear even in bright sun light.

We have two of these and, on the whole, they work well. However, the cabling is quite beefy and has to be run to a chunky connection shared with the front camera. Not the easiest of cameras to install. The camera itself is light and unobtrusive but does have a tendency to shift slightly in its mount. Also, from time to time, the main camera display states that the rear camera is not connected. To overcome this, the wiring connections have to be jiggled around until service resumes!

Great little camera that not only helps cover you with regards to accidents but is also useful as a parking aid. Picture is clear and a single wire is used to plug into the front camera (also mio series) and you can switch between the two cameras. Super fast and easy to install also. A+

To complete dash cam installation in my car. Impressive results and worth the higher cost. You get what you pay for unlike cheap rubbish.

Camera quality is good. Installation isn't easy due to having to route cables behind panels etc in the car... But that's a DIY calling you're capable of or not.What I really don't like is the MIO products. The cable that goes into this camera doesn't seem to connect fully home.. And this I feel contributes to the head front camera unit stating sometimes the rear camera isn't connected... When it is.The main reason I don't like this camera and its the same with many rear cabled cameras is... The shielding is rubbish on the feed wires and when this camera is on...i lose DAB and FM radio. Look at YouTube videos of rear and front dash cams interfering with car radio.. It's not just this camera, a lot of others do it too. If you don't listen to radio like me... Then all good!

Great addition to protect you from whats happening behind you but be aware that the rear camera doesn't plug directly into the main front camera instead you have to disconnect the power cable to teh front camera and fit quite a long spliter harness which is also quite thick meaning you have to tuck a way a cable which is over twice as thick as teh 2 normal cables plus connector that you have to plug teh power for the main camera back in to so meaning you might need to rerun this or you then also have an another half meter of cable to tuck away plus as teh splitter cable is quite thick bends difficult and fit to the camera not the most secure why they didn't just allow the rear camera to plug directly into the main camera making it an easy install who knows. picture quality is acceptable on play back quality of about 720p so shows you what you need.

Imballo adeguato e spedizione perfetta e rapida come sempre. L'ho presa in accoppiata con la dash cam frontale della mio per avere una totale copertura durante la marcia. Installata da personale qualificato per nascondere i fili che da davanti devono arrivare fino a dietro garantisce una visione nitida di giorno e piuttosto chiara in condizioni di scarsa luce viene subito riconosciuta dalla telecamera frontale e nello schermo appare in alto a destra un piccolo riquadro che mostra cosa riprende la telecamera posteriore e se premete su questo riquadro avete il video a tutto schermo. Se installate l'apposita app su cellulare potrete scaricare i video di entrambe le telecamere. Prodotto che consiglio. Ideale per riprendere chi da dietro vi tampona ed avere prove a vostro favore in caso di problemi.

Acquistata da abbinare ad un MiVue 751, funziona malissimo, alla ripartenza con lo Stop&Start, il 751 continua a funzionare, la telecamera si disconnette e la cosa peggiore è che il 751 interrompe la registrazione anche della visione frontale! Contattata l'assistenza sul sito Mio, dopo 14 giorni hanno chiuso la chiamata senza dare alcuna risposta! Amazon eccellente come al solito ha provato a sostituirmela pensando che fosse un esemplare difettoso invece anche la seconda aveva lo stesso difetto. Eppure dovrebbe avere una batteria interna per assorbire eventuali microinterruzioni invece niente, ad ogni semaforo c'è un'interruzione di circa 10 secondi. Pessima. La rendo e cambierà marca.
