SYSTEM SYNCHRONIZATION A brand new system must be charged before first use. Make sure to charge both the transmitter and receiver. Synchronization is normally not required for a new system. When you order an additional collar or replace your old remote transmitter, the system has to be re-synchronized. To do so, please follow these steps: 1.Make sure that both the remote transmitter and receiver are fully charge. 2.Turn on the remote transmitter. Use Collar Selection Button to choose between collar 1 or collar 2 - there is no difference between which one you choose. 3.Turn off the receiver collar. When it’s off, press and hold the Power Button for about 5 seconds until Red LED Light starts flashing. Flashing LED Light indicates that the collar is ready to be synchronized with remote. 4.While Red LED is flashing, use remote transmitter to send any stimulation signal to the collar. The collar should make a beeping sound and LED flashing will stop - the collar is now synchronized with the remote and the system is ready to be used. Notes: 1.The system cannot be synchronized while it’s charging. 2.The receiver collar will stay in synchronization mode for about 20 seconds. If no signal is sent from remote during this time, the collar will automatically quit the synchronization mode. 3.A brand new product must be charged before first use. 4.There is a movement sensor inside the collar which can make a rattling noise when you shake it. Good remote collar
Works well as a remote collar, which is what I wanted. The automatic feature seems a little hit and miss at first but I know from experience with another similar collar that these things take a little while to learn the individual dog's bark. Our dog seems to know the moment the collar is on her and she changes the tone of her bark to avoid triggering the collar. Overall very happy with the collar, especially as it comes in a pack of two so that if one is charging the other is available. Fully charged each collar seems to last about five days or so.

So far so good
So far so good. Needed this to quiet our pup from barking in the house. She’s catching on well. Battery seems to be holding up so far, it has been 3 days. No need to charge yet. Only complaint is that the remote screen is dark when not in use (understandably to save battery) so instead of auto delivering a sound, vibrate or shock, I need to press a button to turn on the screen to see which mode it’s in. Just adds a little more time to the response time.

It works!
I recently adopted a dog from a local shelter. She goes crazy when she sees a squirrel. I bought the collar to train her and stay in control. Even though she is only 30 lbs., she is very strong. I do not use the shock mode, but use the other two modes. It is helping very well with our squirrel problem.

Safe and easy to use
Used it with instant success on our first day out, only used the sound mode and manual remote. Dog now stops in his tracks as he is legging it to off to see another dog and returns when called. If any one has a stubborn dog like our boston, it works well as a recall aid. Batteries last a good time too. Unable to get auto mode to function correctly to stop dog barking at postman.

Very good product very easy to use the effect is very good, the most important family dog now will not affect the next door neighbor, and the product is very good quality

Really good
It was really good to start with. Unfortunately we have a German Shorthaired pointer, who is too clever by half. He figured where the noise was coming from and proceeded to ignore it. However it did work on our labrador.

Directions were difficult and collar worked only a couple of time than we couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Returned itwm

Works great. Though if not used fpr several days it shuts down and takes awhile to run again
