SmartSeat Dining Chair Cover and Protector - Chocolate Brown

My new chairs were delivered and had these covers immediately ready to protect the beige seating from my kids. I researched the few available chair seat covers at Amazon and decided to try these as they didn't look like toddler wartime seat covers (obvious on the sides & back). The price is fair and the backing keeps spills from going through. I've had them on 2 weeks and getting close to ready for laundry. I got black and they cover the arm as well as side chair seats. The arm chairs I wedge the fabric between the seat and back for more stability and pull the velcro tabs under the seat as tight as possible. I'm still adjusting the under chair straps to work without sliding. It would have been nice to just pull them down, cross them in an X under the seat and be done. After a day or two of sitting on the chairs the fabric had slid in all different directions. I've now incorporated the chair legs on each corner and velcroed the X under the seat. Thank goodness the straps are extra long to do that. Even though the covers are more obvious it has kept them from sliding. I think the only better option would be custom made, but too expensive.

I have large dining room chairs (total of 6 with 2 having arms) and what possessed me, a multi-cat owner, to have them covered in a light-colored fabric is beyond me. I've had several different chair "covers" over the years, including old pillow cases, old towels, etc. But I've been looking for something that was waterproof, but not a plastic cover, and washable as well as easy to install. These appeared to meet my needs. So, not having learned the first time around I ordered them in sandstone.They deserve a 5-star rating but because they don't quite fit on my chairs like they do in the video, I gave them 4-stars. I can get a snug fit on the top and they cover the top, but I think they're just a wee too short to allow for a neat tuck. I will continue to fool with them and may even consider putting a stitch or two in the corners. I think the quality is good for the price. The fabric side is smooth and soft. The velcro strips to anchor it are generous. They are apparently stain resistant, too, which is a real plus because my kitties will definitely put them to the test! Overall, I'm pleased despite the way they fit.

I purchased these chair covers to protect my new dining room chairs prior to the holidays. They arrived quickly (ordered the Sandstone Tan) and were easy to install with the adjustable straps. My dining chairs are 22 inches wide. I noticed some reviews stating that the covers would not stay or slip/slide on the chair but I didn't have that issue. During Xmas dinner a full glass of tea was spilled and poured onto one of the dining chairs. I removed the chair cover and there was no stain on the seat! I was so relieved! The next day I washed the chair cover and placed it back on the dining room chair. PERFECT! Its been 2 months since I purchased these covers and I'm really satisfied. I recommend this product. If you are in search of a chair cover that protects your investment while dining...purchase these covers. It is tea-resistant and machine washable.

These chair covers are pretty good, and certainly better than most I have seen. I didn't want any with the bows at the corners or with elastic. I didn't find these hard to put on, but they hang down in the front more than I would like, and the folds don't stay in if you are in and out of the chair a lot. That said, they do stay on very well, do not "drag' on your clothing and the one stain I got so far cleaned up easily. They are functional and serve my purpose very well. Otherwise I would have to have my chair seats recovered and I didn't want to spend that kind of money on something I may not want to keep that much longer. I would definitely recommend them.

Looks great compared to the plastic I had from BBB. Took some playing with to get the right look. First time I just strapped on and the sides stuck out still looked better than what I had. Finally determined that following the directions in regard to back straps with front straps going on inside of legs with center fabric tucked under like a package first looks best with my chairs. Used crisscross for securing. Chairs are trapazoid shaped and quite large. First cover that looks like it withstand my 4 minions! Have to get 2 more. Will comment again when I stain them and have to wash :)

These are a pit pricey but well worth keeping my white dining room seats clean. These install easily and come off easily to wash when needed. This is my second purchase of these. I bought these a few years back, not exactly sure how long, but liked them so well purchased them again when they had worn out.

I like these covers overall, and they're certainly going to help with extending the life of our chairs with 3 kids running around. My only gripe is that in going for a one-size-fits-all product, they sacrifice some fit - either you get some loose fabric at the bottom, or you have some covers sliding around depending on whether your chairs are on the bigger or smaller side. I would have preferred something where the straps could be removed and/or replaced with longer or shorter straps to help get the right tightness on any given chair. They're usable, though, and they look like they should last.

So I've been looking for good seat covers for my kitchen chair and could never find a cover that fit the shape and size of my cousins like these do. The shape of my cousins are not square so it made it difficult to find ones that fit right. These ones are just great!!! I am so pleased to have finally found covers like these.They're are a bit tricky getting on just right but once you figure out a way that works for the shape of your chair you'll be happy you went with these covers justas I am. I've only had them a few days but the material looks like a great quality and very durable.
