Great little supplement to add your hair, skin and nails. Have used for a while now and everything does seem to be growing as it should - can't say whether this is actually down to this product or not, but I am a great believer in every little helps. Great price too.

I usually get this brand's gummy vitamins, but I decided to change just to try. It was better if I stayed with the gummy vitamins. The taste and even the small when you open the box is really bad. I had to stop taking them after a while because after I swallowed them, the taste would come back up in my mouth

I am on my second jar and I can tell that these pills are good Smell and taste doesn't bother me,it's bit strange because of vitamin b,I had a vitamin b complex and I know how it smells

An excellent multiple vitamin for those concerned with beauty or hair . I used it in the U.S. where my hair and skin were lovely. When I came to Japan, several years ago now, I stopped taking it. Within a year I noticed terrible changes to my hair and skin. Recently I remembered this product and was so happy to find it available here on Amazon. Fingers crossed it helps improve things. FYI, it makes me ravenous, so I'm not able to take the full dosage daily. Currently considering taking it after dinner or at bedtime on a full stomach to avoid the hunger this supplement stimulates. Others may experience the same side effect.
