Swivel Bar Stool Wood and Metal Stool with Back Rustic Industrial 30 Inch

These are terrible. You can't actually sit in them. They are fischer price sized seats and the back completely pushes you out. So pissed I bought this crap. DO NOT buy.

This stool has such potential. I ordered three. The assembly on the first was impossible because the holes were drilled incorrectly in the stool leg and did not match up. I had to steal parts from the second one to try and put the first stool together. Once assembled, it looked good, but was quite uncomfortable and difficult to sit in. Also, the swivel motion was not as smooth as I expected. With the assembly issues, and lack of functionality, I had to sent them all back.

I ordered two of these chairs and have had some issues. But, I must say, Fivegiven has worked hard to correct my issues and they have made it right. They were very responsive and gave me no grief when I contacted them - very quick to respond and they replaced the defective chair with one that was completely fine. Once these chairs are put together, they are very solid and will work just fine.

The stool assembly instructions were simple and straightforward which made assembly simple.

I really loved the design of these barstools and was so disappointed with the quality. I bought 4 and only ended up opening one. Started to put together and one of the legs was the completely wrong piece. I even had my husband make sure i wasn't crazy. Sure enough it was the wrong part. I would have asked for a replacement, but the quality was so poor as a whole and fit together poorly. I returned all four stools.

One month after purchase and I’ve noticed some cracking on the stools.

For the price they are pretty cheap. :( pretty dissatisfied with what the product turned into I would have gone with something else. I guess thats what you get for buying online huh? I would recommend getting something else.
