Great product!
Never saw a power cut since the purchase. The only observation is that when there is a power cut and I try to use hair dryer, the battery just shuts down but comes back up as soon as I turn the dryer off. Not sure how much power it consumes š The product itself is awesome!

Good inverter
the product is good as described and shown by company. the inverter work without any noise or hum from electronics , wouldn't know the electricity is gone if there wasn't two time beep from inverter when power goes off. it's good value for money, installation was very easy. battery charge fast, there's ups mode and also the charging stop as soon as the battery ia charged. battery was charged almost full when received itself. overall great product.

Fradulent Product | Don't order from Amazon
The product both inverter battery got delivered. Initially Urbanclap electrician came and informed that the product not working so i reached out to Amazon customer service as per great workflows designed by the product team, it got redirected to seller. The seller replied that ticket needs to be raised by Luminous team after attending 3 levels of IVR annoying call the complaint number was raised and technician was assigned. Finally the technician came and said same thing that product is defective and complain to Amazon. It took me 4 hours to get my money back as replacement is not provided. I must have explained the problem to Amazon Customer Service team atleast 6 teams to various team members from various departments as every 3 minutes new CSR was assigned. It was ideal experience for me to understand how inefficient escalation matrix works in Amazon or issue resolution flow. Completely failed customer centric approach!!!!

Good buy
It's 2 weeks since installation... So far so good..ideal for a small family of 3 members..with basic backup of lighting. TV..internet .and set top box.
