Pilot Crocodile Ball Pen - Blue Ink

My all time favourite pen ,build quality and writing quality is awesome and of course Japanese brands are great quality

Heavy product. Replacement refills are unavailable, or incredibly expensive. The ergonomics are inconsistent with long writing session as the weight tires the hand and the body is slippery.Not recommended. Very disappointed.

Wonderful product. Stylish and great quality

one of the very few pens which are still manufactured in japan. luxor merely imports it and hence the quality is top notch. well weighted and solid performer. the retract mechanism for the refill is good with a nice tactile feedback and no rattles at all. The internals are all metal including the joining of upper and lower barrel. My only gripe is the refill which is a it broad tipped. Also the grip of the pen might not be to everyones liking since its a bit broad. Anyways if quality is what you prefer,then look no further than this pilot.Attention to detail is also good with the names Pilot and Japan still embossed on the pen as wel as engraved on the sides of the clip. Refills are available online on luxor's website.

Pilot MR (I also have one in the White Tiger finish) is my go to ballpoint pen. It performs better than all other ballpens I own mainly because of the ink. While standard ballpoints use oil based ink, the MR uses a low viscosity ink which is much smoother. The downside is that the refills are difficult to obtain.

Refill is not easily available and a heavy pen.

Best of its class. A must buy pen.
