Best set for the chess enthusiast
This is a great value! My son loves that the piece's magnetic pull is so strong he can tip the board upside down and they don't fall off. They are easy enough to take off at the same time. It is a beautiful board that is a great size and weight to carry around looking for the next opponent. It came with chess and checkers, all pieces were there.

Good entry level piece
Contained all pieces and sized decent enough. Looks pretty good and magnets hold well enough that a 4 year old bumped into it and didn’t shift any pieces. Wood case is low to moderate quality and feels like it but for the price it is worth it.

Me and my daughter love playing this. The is the perfect size I was looking for. The magnetic base is really helpful. Both chess and checkers pieces can be stored properly. You will know if 1 goes missing. I purchased this when it was on sale. Perfect value for money. The pieces are solid wood and of perfect size. Only thing was, I was looking this in mahogany color which I couldn’t find. But overall perfect gift for someone.

Order for my son but magnetic not works good. And color and quality is not worth it for this price.

Magnetic chess pieces make it easy to play. Checkers are not magnetic. Every piece fits inside case. Nice travel case.
