Lightens only if your lips were earlier light
This product is completely recommended. I tried Himalaya and nivia balm as well as ghee but none have made my lips as plump as this within 10 minutes of scrubbing. Effect stays for about 6 hours or till a bath. Don't lick too much inspite of good taste.---------------(1) It gives appearance of lightness as plumper lips have stretch and appear automatically light.(2) Ingredients are very natural. And as per packaging they are vegetarian.(3) The scrubbing effect is only due to sugar and it dissolves in a minute of scrubbing. What worked for me is taking half of a normal use amount and use twice so that dissolution of sugar is delayed.(4) Since no acidic elements (like lime), it may not lighten by itself. It only gives effect of lightening due to lips becoming healthier and plumper. I might add lime at a later point as darkening is heavy for me due to 10+ years smoking.-----------Usage tips - 1) don't lick lips too much as given in instructions, as it dries them up. 2) you might get the moisturizing effects by scrubbing your lips for a few seconds but for the real after effect happens due to better blood supply on massaging lips. So make sure you don't simply apply. but scrub.PS-will update after a month of use on lightening effect. As of now it has had the best effect on health of lips.-----------Update: No change in color or any lightening, Lips are definitely more plump. I still recommend.-----------Update from mom using this: Adding Himalaya lip balm (which contains color) or Nivia Cherry Red Lip Balm along with this gives good result instead of lipstick

Amazing product and awesome results
Very nice and soft scrub. Not at all harsh on lips. I am using this scrub almost daily before going for sleep and it has been 15 days i have started using it. I Could clear see visible lightening in my upper and lower lips.very happy with the product. THANKS TO AMAZON AND SOLACEDEARTISAN

Bought this after a while of browsing through amazon since the reviews on here were pretty good. I bought the coffee scrub and it claims plumping and brightening. I can see the plumping for sure, as for brightening I’ve only been using it for 3 days so far.Packaging: 10/10 (Props to the brand for doing that, sweet gesture!)Quantity/Size: 8/10 (kinda looks bigger in the picture, but read through the reviews and you’ll know)Exfoliating: 9/10Scent: I don’t love the scent in the coffee in.Would I buy this again? For sure.

An absolute delight for your lips, easy to carry & use anywhere anytime. Less than a pea size quantity is more than enough to rejuvenate & hydrate dry flaky chapped lips. Smells like fresh strawberries🍓🍓Superb product reasonably priced! Would last for quite a long time. Must Must Have!!highly recommended, & m certainly going to buy again.

Absolutely love this scrub
Absolutely love this scrub. It has made my night time routine so exciting . The packaging is lovely .The flavour can be compared to a Ben and Jerrys ice cream. Deeelicious. I have the Fresh sugar scrub which costs ten times more but I always find myself reaching for this one.

Its winter time , lips are getting way more dry, this lip scrub offers everything that our lips need specially during winter time.. Exoliation without being too harsh plus giving them the needed hydration..

Best lips scrubs for winter and a must buy if I have chapped and bleeding lips in winters
I have ordered strawberry flavour one. Awesomely formulated and This is one the best lip scrubs i ever used. I ordered last year and was very skeptical about ordering this due to high price and also I had very bad experience with some charcoal scrub I ordered was not that great as per the reviews .but still decided to give it a try as during winters my lips used to be chapped even after moisturizing with loads of Vaseline every now and then in a day and used to bleed.just one application of this completely moisturises my lips along with exfoliating my dead skin. I never have had chapped and bleeding lips once I started using it .weekly once or twice works fine. Yes I agree price is a bit higher but it's worthy u can go for it
