Three stars - these are NOT NSF.
As Escali fans for many years, I almost returned these because we ordered them under the assumption that the description of NSF meant that they are NSF, so we paid more for that. They are not. That being said, Escali is still my favorite scale, and we have three now. Please remove the NSF description since they aren't NSF and other people will pay more for a quality not received. Otherwise, Escali scales are the only way to go!

Not Consistent
I bought this specifically for measuring Pizza dough ingredients. It had good/great reviews. However, I can never get the same readings for the Yeast, the flour weights, or containers holding the ingredients. Therefore, I can’t recommend it. I’m familiar with kitchen scales and the use of them, so, I don’t think it’s “Operator Error”, I should have returned it right away.
