５分くらいの使用でも結構な運動量です。 乗り方にコツがあり最初は苦労しました。 ７０Kgでも全く問題ありませんでした。

I like it. Perfect for age 60+ and those who don't want too active. I just sit on the ball and jump up and down without moving my feet. Lymph on upper body gets worked out.

The hopper was the perfect size for adults. I bought this along with one for my granddaughter. We've had lots of fun so far. My only complaint was, they sent a different color than what I ordered. I ordered the yellow laughing emoji because let's face it, an adult on one of these is hilarious, but they sent me a blue one. I didn't bother to return it since it worked just the same.

My kids are having so much fun with these! They are all teens. 14-18. They even played them in the snow that we had today! The hand pump works but an electric air pump works best. The only complaint I have is they seem smaller than advertised. One I got was huge, while the others were a lot smaller in comparison. I bought 7 adult sized ones 16-101. They are sturdy and smooth out after being inflated for a while. I’m 53 and tried them out too! Highly recommend! So much fun! Also follow the age guideline! I bought smaller ones and they fit the younger kids perfectly.

I bought this for my kiddo who had ADHD to give him an outlet for his energy. It's been so great! He loves it and we're (mom and dad) are able to use it too!
