This product was relatively simple to put together, it took me ( an inexperienced person) about a half hour as it was nearly all assembled in the box. I love how easy it is to ride, it's also comfortable even when my daughter sits on the back. I have taken it on short runs to her school store about 1.5 miles, the front can hold a basket is perfect for getting the essentials which i added on since it had the brackets already there. I have also done a few long trips 10+ miles back and forth to work on base, and enjoyed the ease of using the scooter over my car or bike around base. It is surprisingly easy to control even with higher speeds. I love this scooter even my husband a large adult ( 6ft 280lbs) it hits tops speeds without issue. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone looking into it, it's a fantastic value for the price. Comparatively, I had a harley style E-scooter that went similar speeds that was 5x the price and it was not nearly as comfortable, not as easy to ride, and not as easy to move around. I would choose this scooter over any other Electric scooter, bike, or anything else.

I got this electric scooter recently and it's been great! It gets up to a pretty good speed, which makes getting around so much faster and easier. One of the best features is the cruise control – it's so convenient not having to hold the throttle down the whole time, especially on longer rides. The extra pedals on the sides are a nice touch. They give you a bit more stability and make the ride more comfortable. Plus, I love that two people can sit on it. It’s super sturdy and perfect for quick trips with a friend. It’s also great for just cruising around town and exploring. This scooter is a lifesaver in the city where parking is a total nightmare. It’s compact and easy to maneuver, so I can get to places without worrying about finding a parking spot. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s fun and practical. This bike is excellent purchase. We have been using this for more than 2 months now. First it took a little time to assemble the bike, thought a better user manual or video manual would have saved some time. We use this bike to commute around 4-5 miles everyday, the battery lasts for nearly 4-5 days which is great. The speed is decent enough and as expected. You can easily carry 2 small kids (under 10 years old) and it's worth the money spent. We had to replace the tube in the back wheel due to a puncture, standard replacement tubes worked like a charm.

So upset about this scooter was so happy to finally have something convenient to take my girls to school .first day back tires went flat and the scooter did not come with screws for the fender I'm starting to think I received a refurbished scooter

I purchased the scooter for my wife and son and they love the bike. It is perfect for them to get around. I had to reach out to them for a minor issue and they were super responsive and resolved the issue very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would purchase from them again.

Assembly time took me just under 2hrs. The videos were helpful but I wish they wouldve showed every step of the process rather just the more difficult parts. It’s a fun scooter to ride, I enjoy it and so does my 5yr old. I specifically chose this product because the seating for extra passengers. The scooter goes a decent speed. I do not feel unsafe going top speed on it with my 5yr old. She feels comfortable as well and even asks for me to go faster sometimes. You probably don’t want to rely on this in tough terrain bc the shocks aren’t all that great. The street, sidewalk, dirt and low grass all work just fine. It maintains a good charge and it has a horn as well as a front headlight. The horn definitely does its job and alerts. The sound is exactly what you’d want a motorized scooter to sound like if needed to use it. If you are looking for something that goes fast like those Byrd scooters this is not the scooter for you. But if you’re looking for an easy commuter for shorter distances than yes this is it! I take my daughter to school on it most mornings and to the neighborhood parks. It also folds down on the neck to fit small spaces. It fits just fine in my Hyundai Tucson. I’m really happy with this product especially for the price.

What I really appreciate is the 14" pneumatic tires; they provide a smooth ride, even on bumpy sidewalks. I often take my 8-year-old along for the ride, and the scooter is spacious and comfortable enough for both of us. The maximum speed of 17.4 mph feels just right—fast enough to be fun but still safe. I’m also thrilled about the 20-mile range. It gives us the freedom to explore our neighborhood without worrying about running out of battery. We’ve had so many lovely adventures, from trips to the park to little errands, and it’s become our favorite way to get around. It fits us perfectly, a full backpack and basket of stuff from the local farmers market. Overall, I’d highly recommend this electric scooter! It's sturdy, reliable, and just so enjoyable to ride.
