Satisfied but a concern about the design
My concern is that the entire assembly, plate, sockets, bulbs, and heavy glass, are supported by a single plastic nut that screws on in the middle. This seems like a design weakness that could be a problem in the future. Hopefully not.Getting it flush to the ceiling depends on you having the nut at exactly the right place on the center support shaft. I missed by a mile but you have to be way off to the side to see it, not possible in my case given the size of the bedroom. Fixing it would be tortuous, requiring me to hold the assembly up (now attached with wires) while adjusting it. Holding the stuff up while you screw things in or putting on wire nuts makes you feel the burn!If you're really concerned with the assembly being flush against the ceiling you'll need to adjust the thing that screws in at the center and it's nut by trial and error.I find the third light in the bedroom makes a huge difference over two lights. It's a pretty basic fixture so the price seems on the high side to me.

Great light! but one issue to be aware of
This light is awesome. I originally bought almost the same exact light at home depot. Only difference was the Home depot light was 18" in diameter and this one is 12". Both had frosted glass shade but this one was 20 dollars cheaper. The main reason to buy this is if a bulb burns out you can just replace it. In addition you can pick the color temperature just by changing out the light bulbs. Nowadays all the garbage they're peddling at the big box stores have these panels with rows of LED inside instead of a place to screw in a light bulb. The problem is when these LEDs go bad you have to throw the entire fixture into the trash can. And you never know when that's going to happen. They say it's going to last 10 years but if you read the 1 star reviews on these things you know that's not always true. They just might blink out right after your 90 day return period has passed. The only issue with these is they are held up by a single nut right in the center. If you tighten the heck out of it you can get it to come up flush with the ceiling. Some people also just drill a few holes right through the sheet metal and put some long drywall screws through to hold it up. Whatever works. One of the three decorative brackets that hold the glass in place has a spring in it that will stretch out and let you remove the shade easily. Good value for your money but the peace of mind that you won't have to replace the entire fixture some time down the road is priceless.

Cheap But Nice Enough - Many Reviewers Are Wrong
As mentioned elsewhere, these are mid-quality cheap items. But they're nice enough to fit in my nice hallway, if you know how to get them installed.1) Clips: Some people say they had trouble installing the glass because the clips don't move. One of the three support clips is on a spring mount and can be pulled away from the center. The other two are fixed.2) Gap to ceiling: The white core is visible from the side. The glass dome edge is about 1.25 inches from the ceiling. If there's a gap from the white core to the ceiling, then you installed it wrong. The central mounting post is adjustable to create tension against the mounting bracket. There is no flaw in the fixture that prevents proper installation.3) Quality: The clips aren't always mounted straight, and their finish appears to be metallic paint over what I'd guess is die-cast pot metal. But the frosted glass seems real enough. The core is sheet metal with white paint. The two light sockets seem safe but are mounted on very thin sheet metal.

I like these light fixtures.
I installed two of these today - one in my kitchen and one in my hallway - to replace some very old fixtures that were here when I moved in last month. These made a world of difference. They're very simple and exactly what I wanted. Installation was very easy once I dug up screws to install the metal plates. 🤬 Why would screws not be included? Neither of the old fixtures had plates, or screws to screw them on. It's outrageous how companies pinch pennies at the expense of customer satisfaction. The problem is laid at the feet of the consumer now. How much money was saved by not including two tiny plate screws? 2 cents? Bizarre how companies survive these days doing business this way. So, just a heads up...go to a hardware store and buy two screws for installing a light fixture metal plate. You will be happy you did.Anyway, after the metal plates were installed and wires connected all that's left is attaching the fixture, screwing in light bulbs and attaching the glass shade.Take note of the ONE clip that has a spring on it. You can see the spring underneath the insulation. What I did for future bulb changes and possibly future owners, I marked bright pink sharpie marks on each side of the one spring clip (on the white metal base) and marked the top of the clip too, so I will know it's the spring-loaded one by just looking. It's the clip you have to pull to release the glass shade to change a bulb. You can't see any of the markings from the floor. 👍 Plan ahead. 😉These take (2) 60 watt or led equivalent bulbs. I installed (2) led daylight bulbs and they're too bright. I think I'm going to change them to 40 watt equivalent. The fixtures look nice. Nothing fancy, but they're simple and attractive. Two thumbs up for the fixtures and 5 stars. Zero stars for not including the needed metal plate screws.

Missing parts
This was kind of a mess. Packaging had tape everywhere. Looked like a return. One clip was floating around the box and the screw to attach it was missing. There was also an extra, large screw in the box that didn't appear to go with the fixture. Otherwise, it's a nice looking light.

Decent value for the price - would buy again.
With today’s LED lights I’ve found open fixtures are a must. All my old 2 light fixtures would get too hot inside and the led lights would overheat and shut down until they cooled off. Like others, I was worried about quality so bought one fixture to try. When that came, and I found the build quality decent enough for my needs, I went ahead and ordered the other four I needed.I was pleasantly surprised. Decent value for the money.

Excellent Value in a 2 Lamp Fixture
Bought this to replace the ceiling light in a bedroom. Previous fixture had GU24 base CFL light bulbs. I hate bulbs that don't have a standard screw type base. I also hate CFL bulbs. Worst invention ever. Two GU24 CFL bulbs cost almost as much as this fixture. Adapter sockets same story. This fixture is well made and took all of 1/2 hour to have it installed. Fitted it with LED bulbs. Doubt I will have to look at it ever again. Excellent value. Arrived well packed and quickly.

Was worried at first.....
Super fast delivery. Once it got here, I could see the packaging was a little dented and was concerned about the integrity of the glass. Upon opening, it was easy to see that it was in pristine condition and has been packaged with care. The installation was a breeze, black to black, white to white, ground to ground. Installed in five minutes and is now lighting my sons bedroom perfectly. Love this!

Good Quality For Price
Wasn’t that easy to install, but that’s due to the weirdness and old age of the electrical in my house. For a newer house with up to date wiring, should be easy. Looks pretty
