Niman Ranch St. Louis spareribs are meatier than popular baby back ribs; season the same and cook on the grill-you won't be disappointed. Our pork is raised by a community of small independent U.S. family farmers in the Midwest committed to sustainable and humane practices. Our farmers follow our strict animal welfare protocols and are all Certified Humane. We never treat animals with antibiotics-ever and only use 100% vegetarian feeds. All animals are raised outdoors or in-deeply bedded pens with plenty of room to root and roam as nature indeed, resulting in the finest tasting meat.

Great! Didn’t bother taking the membrane off
Great! Didn’t bother taking the membrane off. Cut into 3 sections, added Kirkland sweet mesquite dry rub, a cup organic apple cider. I overlapped them ribs down in the instant pot on the stew setting for 29 mins and let naturally release and the meat was so tender. I finished in the oven with some Annie’s bbq sauce. I’ve had the baby backs but now prefer the spareribs. Yummy!

Tasty
Cut these up and put them in slow cooker for 9 hours, perfection..Little pricey but other products were reviewed as rotten I am pleased with these

Don’t waste your money or time!
I would have loved some meat to go with all the fat on these ribs. I decided after the 3rd trimming to take a pic so there was way more fat in the trash. One slab of ribs for $20 is robbery.

These ribs were delicious. They cooked in the crockpot for about 4 hours and was falling off the bone. Highly recommended.
