It pretty good, tastes ok, not sure if it quite as strong as some other pre workout on the market but get a definite good pump

I do feel the product itself gives me a little more energy before the gym, however it’s incredibly sweet. therefore, I’m no longer using it and will find an alternative.

Very good pre workout! Tried a lot on the market and this one I will deffo buy again, gives you that buzz and just the right amount off itchines and great value for money, would highly recommend 👍🏻

This stuff gets you switched on!!! I workout at 5am most days and I just need that extra pickup in the mornings. Took 20 mins before workout and I just couldn’t stop lifting weights. Felt so pumped and this stuff pushed me to go harder on everything I took on. Had No itchy tingling feeling that I’ve experienced with other pre-workout powders. 100% recommend.

Only tried a couple of times, big negative would be hand shakes after workout, you do get the pump and extra kick , But early days to if its something id continue to use.

This is the second one I have purchased. This supplement is good in that it gives me enough of a boost, without feeling jittery. On some mornings I am up very early to get to the gym, so one small scoop of this roughly 15-20 mins before my workout is enough to get me through my hour-long workout without any ill effects afterward.

This is my first time using a pre workout. I enjoy the gym but some days I’m just not feeling it, so I wanted something to give me a little push and keep me energized to perform my absolute best the entire workout. I hate energy drinks and already start my day with a protein shake and double shot espresso but I needed something a little extra. Having never used this, I used only a 1/2 scoop in 24 ounces of water. I drank it 20 min before arriving to the gym. Upon arrival I definitely felt more awake and absolutely had energy. The best part was it felt NATURAL. It didn’t feel artificially induced which was my fear. I was able to get in a very vigorous 60 min leg day. I was able to pump out more reps and extend my time from 45 min to a full 60 min. I left feeling worked and tired but not exhausted and definitely no crash and burn. I didn’t experience any tingles or itch which I read are common side effects of pre workout powders. While I have nothing to compare it to , I feel the over all quality was great. At only 1/2 the suggested serving, it met my purpose and tasted pretty good (they did however send me the wrong flavor. I ordered bomb pop and got blue raspberry) I look forward to making it part of my regular gym routine.

Honestly, I’m loving this pre-workout! The blueberry lemonade flavor is so good, and it dissolves super easily in water. I didn’t have that weird jittery or shaky feeling that I’ve gotten with other pre-workouts, which was a big plus for me. I’m a woman in my upper 40s and pretty new to weight training (less than a year in), but after taking NITROSURGE, I had way more energy to hit the gym hard and even take my dogs on a hike afterward! What really impressed me was how much extra endurance I had. I ended up doing a longer workout than usual and still felt like I could keep going. No burnout or fatigue like I normally get. This stuff will definitely be part of my regular routine now.

This is my second time purchasing this! I drink this in the morning before I head to the gym. By the time I get there (10 minutes) I’m awake, alert , and have the energy to get through my workout! It mixes well, I use one of those electric drink blenders. The texture is good and it tastes great. It’s definitely a good value and I will be buying it again.
