Relaxes me and helps me sleep
I get too relaxed if I take it during the day so I take it at night and it helps me relax. I think it has helped a little with losing a small amount of weight. Keeps me from gaining a lot back anyway.

I've been trying this one and switching out others each months to see what works best. I've purchased this one twice and each time i got much better sleep with this product. It works.
