We bought the infant so that we could get the syringe, which is really helpful. Otherwise you can use the children’s version which is the same substance. I feel much better using this than Tylenol because of the clean ingredients list. My kids like the flavor, and it works just as well as Tylenol to break high fevers.

This is the cleanest, safest, BEST TASTING, infant and children’s liquid “Tylenol” acetaminophen that has ever been sold. It’s so sweet , my kids have loved taking this, even as infants. I wish they made an adult version that tastes like this haha. Works perfectly, size is great and smells just as good as it tastes. It’s not a strong blueberry but it’s sweet. Definitely not like the medicine we grew up with. This (and Motrin) is the only brand I trust and prefer to buy for my kids when it comes to pain relief.

PARENTS READ THIS—I learned from my pediatrician that the ONLY difference between the infants’ and the children’s versions of acetaminophen is the price tag and whether or not it comes with a dosage syringe. Both are 160 mg per 5 mL. Buy the Genexa Children’s to save ~75% of the cost ($7-$8 for 4 oz of the Children’s instead of $9-$11 for 2 oz of the Genexa Infants’). Then buy the EZY Dose Dosage Korcs with the 5 mL syringe to make drawing out the medicine a breeze since the children’s doesn’t come with a syringe. It’ll save you so much $$$ in the long haul!!! (Note that ibuprofen products are different; you will need to buy the infants’ version of ibuprofen for children under 2; this is only applicable to acetaminophen. Always consult with your pediatrician about medications and dosages for your child!) As a bonus tip, get the Frida Baby Accu-Dose Paci to save yourself the grief of trying to administer medicine to a fussy sick baby!!! It comes with a syringe with dosages for both ibuprofen and acetaminophen, making it extremely versatile. Other than being extremely overpriced, this is a good product! I love that it has better ingredients compared to other acetaminophen’s and I think the blueberry flavor is yummy (although my baby doesn’t care for any taste other than breastmilk at this point). I echo other parents who say it is very sticky from the agave, and it needs to be stored upright and shaken before administering.
