This keyboard and mouse set is super nice! The mouse is so quiet, I can't believe it. I work in an office where it is so quiet I can hear my brain ticking, so my old mouse was WAY too loud...."click, click, click, click" Drove me nuts! This one is so quiet you can't hear anything. It is very precise and responsive as well. The keyboard is not as quiet, but I love that the keys are raised and very functional. I am so glad I purchased this set! I also like that it only takes 1 battery, my old keyboard took 2 AA-batteries and the mouse took 2-AAA batteries. Dumb! I am happy worker now.

At first one of the keys was sticking and customer support was able to fix it by asking me to remove and replace the key. That solved the problem and no complaints since.

The keys are a little mushy for my taste, but other than that, this keyboard work really well. I was pleasantly surprised that the mouse was USB chargeable which will save on batteries, and it also works really well. I was reluctant to get a wireless keyboard at first thinking that the lag would be bad, but because of the way my system is set up the cords were a stumbling hazard. The response time was better than expected, but for the type of games that I play, I can get by with a little lag. The keys on the keyboard as well as the mouse buttons are fairly quiet; making this a good set for streaming games. One would have to pay $100+ to get better on a wireless set up.

I read the reviews before I bought and it's night here now. I used it all day and any of the mentioned problems did not occur to me. Firstly, it came with all pieces and mouse was 100% charged. The keyboard is working with a single AA batteries which is amazing. Design is pretty cool. Especially for gamers. All the buttons on keyboard and mouse is working in my case as well as the LED light. It's literally smoother than my previous wireless mouse+keyboard set (it was Microsoft). For the money I paid, this is a total bargain. 5/5 for me. If anything changes I'll let you guys know but I highly doubt it. I feel like I'll be using these for years.

Edit: It's now 33 days after I received this thing in the mail, and the mouse just completely stopped working, today. I tried a new battery and moved the fob to a different USB port, but nothing fixed the issue. I've never dropped it. Other reviews have said the same thing. As Chris Lord said, I get CONSTANT missed keys and sticky keys, causing massive problems with gaming. I've had many times when I hit Escape to pull up a game menu and ended up with the damned thing strobing so fast that I felt as if I was going to have a seizure, despite not being epileptic. It can be frustrating beyond belief trying to type with it in general, as well.I have the fob plugged into the front of my desktop computer, and I sit about 4 feet away, with nothing between the keyboard and the computer.The mouse is better, seeming far more responsive in general. I still have a major problem with the mouse, though. The forward and backward buttons are reversed from every single other mouse I've ever owned. I don't know if I simply have a distorted sample, but it's annoying as hell when I switch between different mice for different purposes (I often use a vertical mouse for some things).I suspect that many of the 5-star reviews are planted by the company. Look at the language in them. The reviews are very generic, and the English doesn't look like it comes from a native speaker. Final statement? Just got it in the mail today. Right off the bat, not impressed with the way the mouse came out of the box (picture included). The housing was not locked in properly, so the left button + navigation buttons on the left side weren't working. I muscled the housing into place (at two places - 1 below the left button and 1 just below the navigation buttons), and it seems to be working now. The main buttons are quietier than other mice I've used, which is nice when you're using it late at night and there's people around. Navigation buttons make the same amount of noise. Keyboard is fine, I went online and did a few typing tests, and got pretty much the same result every time. Multimedia buttons are a bonus, and they work exactly how they're supposed to. BUT, I might return them. I have my laptop a mere 6 feet away (on the ground), and I'm trying to use the mouse sitting on my bed and it gets laggy every now and then. I've tried following the troubleshooting guide included with the set, nothing works. I installed a fresh new pair of batteries, so it's not that there's a lack of juice. The mouse has to on/off switches at the bottom, one turns the device on and off, but I have no idea what the other switch is for (manual says it's for LED lighting, but I don't see any extra lights on). The mouse is soft to touch, so you won't feel weird during extended uses. Keyboard is decent sized and weighted, nothing too special. I'll give it another day to try and see if the connectivity issue fixes itself (I've tried different USB ports, tried pairing the dongle and mouse again while being right next to each other, no luck), but if not then this is going right back and I might shell out some extra money and just order a Logitech set.

this item has quit working for me. Was enjoying it until it would not work anymore I do believe it is the mouse that comes with it that is not functional and the keyboard does not work with a different mouse
