Purchased for husband. Husband's review: In short, I can recommend proxeed plus to those looking to improve their sperm quality. It was one of the many supplements I incorporated to try and improve my results and they did. I have attached a copy of my before and after semen analysis results. Prior to getting a semen analysis I was eating vegan 3-4 days of the week and was not supplementing with a daily vitamin. I also lived a more sedimentary lifestyle. After reviewing the semen analysis results with my health care provider, I incorporated all the recommendations provided. These included acupuncture once a week with herbal medicine twice a day, drinking proxeed plus twice a day and incorporating a 25 min workout daily. I also took a 200mg pill of CoQ10 mon-fri for 60 days that was not recommended, but read it may be beneficial. I also moved away from a vegan diet and incorporated more meat and eggs as recommend by the acupuncturist. Packaging: I've ordered proxeed plus for 4 months now and the boxes have shown up beat up, but the pouches have always been intact. One month, the product was caked together instead of a fine powder. I would break it up before opening. It still dissolved with a few shakes. I've also opened packs that don't dissolve well, but it isn't the whole box. They are random. Taste: I put the product in 15ml of water and drank it in a few gulps. It has a citrus flavor. Warm/hot water makes this product taste worse than it needs to. It really works best with cold water. I never tried mixing them with a flavored beverage. Update 11/3/2020 I stopped working out daily around mid September or early October and went from 2 packs a day to 1 pack. We re-did the semen analysis in November. The progressive sperm dropped from 65% to 44% and the morphology dropped from 19% to 10%.

This product is pretty good, and it help my wife pregnant twice. Highly suggest to the others who want to have baby. We have one boy and one girl. :)

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a couple of years...thought we'd give ProXeed a shot, recommended by a reproductive specialist. This is his 3rd month on ProXeed and still nothing. He says this bloats him a little bit but overall, I guess it's OK. So, guess we'll keep trying for a couple more months before we stop. Update July 2018: so my husband has been taking Proxeed since February and still have not gotten pregnant. Just bought another months worth but this is it. If after this purchase nothing happens I’m giving up on purchasing any more of this product. It’s just not working for us. That doesn’t mean it won’t work for others though so if you’re young and you’re trying, give it a shot. You’ve got nothing to lose except for $100 per month depending on how long you wanna keep buying it. I hope it works out for others!

This was recommended to us by my husbands Urologist after we had been seen for infertility .Aside from my issues get had low sperm count and virtually no motility two tests in a 6 month period both showing O.5 motility. He took this product religiously in the morning before breakfast and the evening before dinner for less then 6 months . At the 6 month mark we were planning on going in for another round of testing and talk about IUI or possibly adoption. Low and behold 5 months in we got a surprise of our life when I saw those two pink lines !! I also was taking a fertility tea at the time along with both of us eating healthy and exercising and of course never underestimate the power of prayer. We believe all of these things including this product helped us .

We had a long history of struggling with infertility. We had 3 prior failed IVFs. Our fertility doctor suggested to take this supplement. My husband took it for about 6 months and counts and quality of the sperm went high and from 4 million to 22 million. After being tired of failed IVFs, we tried IUI and we finally got pregnant in our first try (less than 7% chance). We credit our success in part to this supplement.
