Very useful tool with a couple small caveats
This does exactly what it's supposed to do. It attaches easily and firmly to each of your clubs, knows which club you're using, and records your stats for each club stroke. It then shows lots of data based on your hits on the Garmin app which gives you great feedback on your game. The Garmin app even lets you make any edits you need to the data.Caveats : It only knows which club you have based on the club being "upright" AND in the sunlight (i.e. out of your golf bag), so you have to be careful not to pull out multiple clubs. It's very accurate but can sometimes miss putts that go a short distance, usually those short putts right by the hole. Probably a GPS limitation. This is easily corrected on your watch at the end of the hole, but just something to look out for. When first pairing these it can seem like they aren't being detected, but you have to remember they only come out of "sleep mode" (to save battery) when exposed to light, so be sure to hold them up to a bright light (or go outside) when you first pair them to your phone. After that they are rock solid being detected by your watch as soon as your pull them out of your golf bag.A full (14) set of these + a Garmin watch is pricey ($400 at least for this + an S12) but worth every penny to help you see how your game is. Especially if you're a stats junkie :)

CT10 Sensors Work Well
The CT 10 sensors work really well. I paired mine with a Garmin s70 watch which gives me a lot of information on any round played while not having to enter any more information during a round.. The sensors are a little weird at first so I bought protective covers which makes them less noticeable. I would recommend these to anyone interested in looking how these sensors map out every shot during your round and even recommend a club if you’re in caddy mode.

Technologically good
Product works well technologically. The threads should be bigger. Lost 3 sensors already not noticing they fell off. Constantly retightening because they come loose.

Expensive but critical for improvement
These are more expensive than they should be, but paired with a Garmin watch, they work fantastic.

Love the data!
These things aren't cheap, but neither was my Fenix 7. It's super nice that I can collect all this data, track the steps on the course, track my score, not remember additional watches. These sensors are easy and work smoothly, the watch showing you average distances when you pull the club are slick, and getting insight into my game is fantastic.

Almost a great product
Started with a set of three and over time bought 14. The price is very high and it requires a Garmin Approach gps/watch so you have a lot of money tied up to collect golf data. For the first year all went well until the batteries died which is not a problem. However. Garmin did not provide a tool to remove the battery cap so with great effort I got them changed. Although they say the tool can be purchase I have never found one for sale. I have now lost two battery caps so those sensors are worthless. Garmin did not take into account that someone might lose a battery cap so they are not for sale either. Try to buy one or two Ct10 sensors. We own mulitple Garmin devices which work great until they don't. Then plan to through them out and buy new. BTW, my Approach S20 watch/GPS was killed yesterday by ESD. Who makes electronic devices without ESD protection? Today, I have 12 sensors on 14 clubs but no GPS/watch to collect the data. Back to using a range finder and manually collecting shot dataRevised Review Feb 3, 2022 - Changed the rating to 5 star because I said it was a great product but the "almost" was added for lack of the proper tool and repair part when the battery cap gt lost. After a more thorough search I found the tool on the Garmin website and ordered it. Then got in a chat with them on the availabiity of replacement caps. The Garmin CS person issued an order to replace both sensors and added a tool for no cost. They were very responsive and earned a better rating. Don't try to change batterries without the tool, I used a large pliers and it obviously was not adequate

Just use the putter
I bought it to get short game stats for the Garmin golf app. Problem I found was using the sensors on my putter and two wedges, the system would get confused if I carried all three clubs around the green. The system would not correctly identify which club I was using, requiring editing the round later on. This wouldn’t happen if I pulled one of the wedges and walked to my ball and hit it. But when I am near the green or in a bunker I take my wedges and putter with me to speed up play so I don’t have to run back and forth to the cart. Apparently the system gets confused when all 3 clubs are in range or close to my watch. I ended up removing the wedge sensors and just using the putter sensor. I use manual club entry for all clubs except the putter. Would give 5 stars if they sold a single sensor.

Great little addition to help my golf game
I love these tags. They work perfect with my Garmin golf watch. I always know what club I'm using with these tags. They are super accurate and if your Garmin golf watch suggest clubs, you are all set. My only negative with these tags is they are very pricey. I have founds others that are half the price, but only these work with Garmin watches or apps.
