No, Prime-Line does not have pre-cut keys or blanks available for this item.

Q: What is the depth of cylinder shaft from back of cylinder to back of front plate?

I'm not sure about that but I did installed in a 2in door. And it worked just fine if you're worried about it being deep enough

Q: Is it possible to order 2 with the same key code?

No. But it's a simple core, most locksmiths will rekey it for about eight bucks plus keys cost.
