Great Value!
I liked these enough to order another pair right away while they still had more. They are very lightweight and comfortable. They also breath well and don't contribute to sweaty feet as I work 12 hour shifts. Will have to wait and see how long they hold up. For me, I'd rather have a pair of boots that last 6 months and are comfortable than a pair that lasts a year and are uncomfortable. At this price point, I'm very satisfied!

Great boots for the price
Took a chance and picked these up. They are great. Comfortable, lightweight. Unsure of waterproof, I don't believe they are but I haven't had them in any heavy water. A little hot for the summer. Great ankle support, no rubbing. Great traction, not the plastic sole, real rubber. I drive truck and work on a dock. I climb a around inside trailers loading freight. They grip good and I don't feel like i'm carrying lead weights on my feet. I would recommend if your cash is low and you need a god steel toe boot. Ive had boots that cost three times as much and these feel better than those. The only question is how long will they last, I just got mine 2 weeks ago.

Better then expected
Good I was waiting on some wolverines I ordered online I work in railroad industry they eat shoes up very easily but these held up over 1 year 1/2 most expensive brands last over 2 years so I think this is a good bang for the buck

Initially great, but in a short time, over rated.
After reading all of the reviews, and keeping the Dickies name brand in mind, I decided to try these boots. I am an electrician in the construction industry and am on my feet all day, every day in these boots (4 weeks in use now). I work on a concrete slab floor and/or a ladder all day. At first I was extremely pleased, they fit great, feel good, and are very warm. After two weeks of use I decided I had to do something about the "insoles" of the shoes. It felt like I had moccasins on. So I removed the original insole and replaced it with So.f Sol.e Airs (search without the .'s and change the last s to an r, highly recommend them) insoles of which I have had great experience with in the past. When I removed the original insoles I discover they were was almost paper thin at the toes and only slightly larger at the heels! The heel of the original insole was slightly over 1/8" thick and the front was approx 1/16". This is ridiculous! The replacement insole I used, is approx 3/8" aft with the front coming in at 1/8" in thickness.A week after replacing the original insoles, the bottom of my feet began too feel like I was wearing moccasins again. I now suspect that the culprit is a very thin outer soled shoe and I will have to replace them within 2 months of purchase! It saddens me that I have to spend my sweat equity and hard earned money on a poorly constructed shoe from a what I thought to be a decent name brand. I highly recommend you try another brand of shoe. And that is my two +1 (experience) cents.UPDATE:3 Months now (with two weeks off for Christmas/New Year) wearing these shoes and it is time to replace them. Comfort in the shoe was going at 2 weeks and was completely gone at 1 month after replacing the insoles. The outter covering over the steel toe is almost worn off completely. One of the shoe string "eyelets" ripped. And the "moccasin" outter soles of the shoes are now almost completely gone. These shoes were A WASTE OF MONEY. $50+ for 3 months, at that rate I could have bought a $200 pair of boots and only had to expect a year out of them. Find a better boot, I will eventually.

Comfy but runs slightly small. Buy a size up.
Very, very, very comfortable but runs small. Get a size up and you'll be good to go. Bought for a man 340lbs with a bad knee and he wears these comfortably ALL day while on his feet a lot at work and he says they are super comfy. He's owned Red Wings safety shoes and Wolverines and he says these are much better. Says it doesn't even feel like he's wearing steel toes. Get a pair and see for yourself!

Light, Comfortable, Supportive.
I wear Dickies work boots regularly( Truxx and Boss). These are the first hiker style I have purchased. I like them. They fit slimmer than work boots and they come up higher on the ankle providing great support. I have no fear if rolling my ankle, like I so often do..They are WAY lighter and most comfortable than the work boot. They lace easily and are easy to take off.Time will reveal how durable they are. I still have a pair of Truxx that I use for yard work. They are 3 years old.

Very Narrow toe
Decent boot but very narrow toe. Where the steel cap starts it dig into the side of my big toe.Pretty common complaint. I should have researched more as I was stuck having to wear them for 3 weeks. Very painful.
