STOTT PILATES Bounce and Tone: Jumping Intervals with Reformer Accessory Boards

I have several of the Stott Pilates DVD's. I wish they were set up so I didn't have to agree to terms, etc each time I used it. That being said, they are informative and well done videos.

I love this DVD AND my new Stott reformer. It's a great workout. I just wish that all of the DVDs were not so expensive!

There is only one workout on this video. I don't feel it was at all worth $30 plus shipping

This is good, but there is a lot of superfluous stuff on this DVD that you kind of can't wait to get past. That said, the pertinent information makes it worthwhile. Especially if you are using your reformer at home without guidance, this is really important.
