Will this work on the weights on a R7 driver ?

This does work on the R7. The star fitting is universal and the torque setting of 40 what is needed for the club weights. The difference is in the shape of the handles. This handle has a more ergonomic stature and couture for gaining grip. Hope this helps!

トルクレンチです。

以前、トルクレンチじゃない方を安いからと言って使ってました。ある時、締めが弱くて打ったときにヘッドが緩んでしまいました。怖かったです。これはトルクレンチになっていて、「ここまで力入れていいの？」というタイミングで、「ガン！」って音（カチャなんて生易しい音じゃない）で空回りしてくれます。これが正しい締め付けです。皆さんも安全のために正しいトルクで締め付けましょう。

兼用とは何と兼用なのか？。

シャフトとウェイトの調整が兼用でできると勘違いしました。説明がわかりづらいです。シャフトだけなら、いまあるもので十分でした。少し、騙された感を拭えません。残念でした。
