Eaton 3562V Decorator Insert Combination Telephone Jack with 4-Conductors and Type F Coaxial Adapter, Ivory

I bought this as part of our full kitchen renovation so that I could have one electrical box on the wall that had two outlets as well as a cable and phone jack. It is used behind a wall-mounted flat panel TV in the dining area.I tried to buy one of these locally but there were none to be found so I was happy to not only find this combination but in an almond color that goes with the new kitchen.The cable connection on the back is a screw in type like the front and the phone connection consists of four screw terminals on the back so the connections were easy.Both the cable and the phone outlets do the job just fine. I recommend this product.

Does the job. But the plastic seems flimsy and I felt uncomfortable tightening the wall plate down as hard as I would have preferred. That being said, the price is good and it's with Prime. None of my local hardware stores had this so the quick delivery with Prime was much appreciated and outweighs my product quality concerns.
