Does not have zinc. Is not any good as the bleach is tough on custom houses
Most of the best products have zinc. Unfortunately CA and many states have banned zinc for home use and let roofers only get it. You can make your own if you have the right form of zinc. I have a custom redwood house and bleach is bad news. I don't know why Zinc was banned except almost everything is banned in CA as they treat us like children. Google "do it yourself Zinc moss treatment and you'll find how to make zinc anti moss.

It worked great with immediate results
We used this product on our south-facing roof in Glassboro, New Jersey, about 15 miles south of Philadelphia, PA. It worked great with immediate results, highly recommended. EZPZ do-it-yourself roof cleaning ... we had no moss, only unsightly dark spots all over our formerly-white roof. Use as directed, scrubbing gently but thoroughly with a soft brush made for spreading roof tar. Start at the top of the roof, work down, wash off carefully but gently by flooding with a garden hose using a non-spray nozzle.
