You have stated the product energy rating is A** but when I go to checkout the energy rating is listed as F .. please confirm which it is - thanks

It's not my product but I believe F replaced an older system that involved A** etc. Probably similar.

Are these rated for Fully Enclosed Fixtures?

I don’t know but my electrician told they would be ok

Are these suitable for bathrooms?

If you have 12v halogens in your bathroom, these will work as an LED replacement, I had to take all the halogens out first and then put the new ones in.

Are these the same as M269 bulbs?

M269 are 5 watt/20volts. MR16 are 5 watt/20 volts
