Can you point at the screen to shoot?

The game has motion controls, however it does not let you point "at the screen" necessarily. You can aim with the right stick and fine tune your shot with motion controls. It is optional to use motion controls at all, however.

Is this Revelations 1 and 2 together?

No. It only includes Resident Evil Revelations on the game card. Resident Evil Revelations 2 is a temporary license that allows you to download the game from Nintendo eShop.
