Great book! Easy to read and a nice introduction to the topic. Some reviewers were critical about the authenticity of the chapters on ethics. I have since been to a pin meeting and I would say the approach to the ethics is genuine as they want to be different from the many non-ethical property investors out there. Yes, he does sell his courses etc to some extent but I still think it's a good intro to the topic.

Really useful book. I bought it after going to PIN meeting and being the only person there who hadn't read it! Lots of useful info and tips and very well-written, very easy to read and clear language. Many thanks!
