Great coffee from India, and very easy to make (read method in review)
The flavor of this coffee is amazingly good. I look forward to brewing a cup in the morning to kick start my day. I like French press (medium coarse) grind, because it can be sieved like tea leaves. Sieving gives coffee a better flavor than filtering coffee because some trace amounts of natural coffee oils that also make it to your cup, which would otherwise be absorbed by a paper or cloth filter.Method: Bring water to a boil, put one heaping teaspoon per cup and slow boil it for four minutes, turn the stove off and let the coffee brew for another minute or two as the grounds settle down (sedimentation). Then slowly pour in the hot water (decantation) through a sieve into a cup.The actual "French press" contraption does nothing to the coffee from a physical or chemical standpoint. It is just a sieve (a plunger with holes) that is inverted (liquid is forced to flow upwards, instead of gravity taking it downwards).

Strong Coffee, Muted Flavor, French Press Ready
The coffee is strong. Grains are coarse- fits well with French Press. Aroma is somewhat 'muted'. Price is very competitive. Overall, I like it.

Loved it - Perfect Indian French Press Coffee
Loved the blend of Arabica - 80 and Robusta 20, which is medium dark roasted and can be had as black or with milk... I tried more than 7 brands and this is probably the perfect for my taste and preference. Thanks

Ok but over priced..
Tried this brand as I am no longer getting my regular CCD dark forest coffee in either CCD outlets [Only blank stares from staff upon asking] or on Amazon.... :|This one is more or less same on flavor & quality front (bit 'muddy' though) but way expensive (+40 INR / 200g ).That too in a paper package vs CCD's which comes in nice tin box.

Good coffee! Well suited for cold brewing
Update 01 Oct 2024: This coffee continues to be my favourite. Overall, good value for money.Read my original review comments from 2021:Tried this coffee for the first time. Used it for cold brewed coffee. The flavour is good but a bit smoky. Created a decent brew with distinct freshness. Very happy with the packing and delivery experience. Recently, the price has been hiked by 15% for no apparent reason. If you order a 1 kg pack, you need to shake the packet well each time you draw some coffee powder out so that the last portion is not high in finer powder. It kind of evenly spreads across the batches.

Waking up to the same taste every morning!
After having tasted many coffees purported to be ‘ideal for French press’ machines here is a gem that I chanced upon last year and I have reordered it about 8 times. Wonderful taste. Predictable. Uniform. Bravo!I have found not heaping up the spoon to give the best taste for my palate.

Grinding suitable for French Prees
The coffee is strong and grainy, suitable for french Press, however it is lacking in flavor, which I got in Lavazza coffee.
