Good book for fresh pediatric graduates in identifying difficult cases

This book is worth every penny.The author covers 120 cases -many of them unusual.The explanations are succinct and to the point.A more detailed explanation of how the author reached the final diagnosis would have been helpful.The book is peppered with color photographs and x-rays for the reader's edification.The seller's delivery charges are a bit too high considering that this is a slim volume of 343 pages.
