My order was delivered on 3rd June. Since we were not home, the maid received the packet and kept as such. We returned home yesterday and opened the pack. Shocking to find only one piece instead of two, as mentioned on pack. Since the return window closed on 13 th June, don't know where and how to lodge my complaint.

Too thick, used only once.. Developed pain in heel and adjoining areas. Medically, not recommended.

Its loose product. There is no attachment on the sides. So it will keep hanging as you shift your leg
