Good quality & easy handle when cooking

Since receiving my wok three weeks ago, I’ve used it constantly. It has a generously sized flat base meaning it works very well on a ceramic job- unlike my previous wok that was probably more suited to a gas ring. It cleans easily and has a beautiful mirror polish to the steel. It looks good enough to leave on display. The only improvement would be for it to have come with a lid. Fortunately I have a glass lid from a previous wok which work though it is a bit smaller than the rim of this wok. Otherwise, I would thoroughly recommend this product.

Used this wok to cook noodles.Stainless steel easy to clean and better to clean than non-stick wok.Stainless steel better hygiene too.Would rate 5 star but I'll have to see that it lasts in the long term.Definitely a very good quality wok.

das ist ein wirklich schöner Wok aus Edelstahl. Ich hatte zuvor zwei Woks, einen großen serh schönen und hochwertigen aus sehr schwerem Gusseisen und einen ganz kleinen aus Eisen - und mein Vater kochte früher sehr viel für unsere Familie an alltäglichen Mahlzeiten mit verschiedenen Woks bereits ab den 1970er Jahren. (Er wollte unbedingt und in täglicher Routine asiatische Zubereitungsweisen für den deutschen Familienalltag (und auch gastronomische Zwecke) adaptieren und tat es auch). Ich bin kein beruflicher Koch wie mein Vater es war, aber so natürlich vorbelastet und entsprechend auch verwöhnt. Papa aber hatte einen Gasherd, was das Wok-Experiment authentischer macher - ich dagegen habe keinen Gasanschluss in meiner Küche. Elektroherd, Ceranfeld.Ja nun gut.Was kann ich sagen: Dieser Wok funktioniert SUPER auf dem Cerankochfeld. Experimentierstatus mit den beiden anderen Woks ade, hiermit funktioniert die Wok-Küche. Er ist groß und geeignet für das Kochen für mehrere Personen, aber - für den SIngle-Haushalt funktioniert es genauso gut, man kann easy auch für eine Person damit arbeiten. Papa wäre auch sehr zufrieden. Das hätte ich nicht erwartet für diesen wirklich guten Preis. 1 Punkt Abzug bei der Reinigung - bei Edelstahl ist es halt nicht ganz das Gleiche so wie wenn man eher Gusseisen gewohnt ist. Dafür darf er notfalls (aber ich würde es nicht tun) sogar normal gespült werden. Insgesamt bin ich rundum zufrieden, einfach und unproblematisches Wok-Kochen. Sehr schön.

Acheté en remplacement d’un ancien Wok à revêtement Téflon, celui-ci en impose.Inox épais et fond induction très efficace.La finition extérieure est très réussie et permet d’utiliser le plat directement à table.Je recommande ce produit car le prix le vaut vraiment.
