We love this product!
We love this water filtering internal tank water cooler machine. This machine recieves it's water via a thin tube under the sink that feeds into the back of the machine. The water is filtered as the water fills the internal cooling or heating tanks. I adore not having to struggle to load or change 5 or 3 gallon bottles of water. No bottle means no spilling when you first tip the bottle, no having a heavy bottle to carry over to the tank, or to and from the grocery store to pay to refil your bottle of water... This style water cooler also has helped my family become heathier...The ratio of soda drinking to water consumption has definently improved. We love this water tower, and expect it to have paid for itself within a few more months because of the much lowered soda pop budget. My husband is also watching the weight fall off easily now that he isn't consuming 3 sodas or more daily.

Better then I expected
They did not have the one I order in stock so they up-graded me for no extra charge. It's great unit and should save me money over using 5 gl bottles.

Well not black
It was great to receive the box after a long wait. Had to reorder item and no longer came in black so ended up with white instead. Was really hoping to match the other appliances in kitchen, but the white one works ok. Hot water side is a great asset also.

Not one word about installation. Lots of parts, but nothing to help with the install. No phone number, no email address. I called the wholesales, Downtown Wholesales, and they informed me they do not talk to customers, only their accounts.
