They people are beyond fabulous. I mistakenly ordered two personalized chef hats with the same name - and didn’t know it. Instead of printing them up and charging me, they made an effort to reach out to me directly and confirm if, in fact, I did want two of the same name. They quickly corrected my order for me and sent me three of the most beautiful embroidered chef hats you’ve ever seen (see below). They also sent me (as a thank-you for ordering their products) 3 complimentary aprons. I LOVE THEM and will use them for ALL of my personalized gifts in the future!

Ordered on Sunday evening and it was here on Wednesday! The embroidery was perfect and was a gift for my hubby's boss who's last day was Friday. He LOVED it! And what??? A Bonus apron???? I ordered this hat on a Friday and received it on the following Monday. Due to some reviews saying the lettering was small I requested that the font be as large as possible since the name I needed was so short. They capitalized all the letters so it read nice and big. I don't know how other names would look in caps but for CHEF BILL it worked. It looks GREAT!!!! I am SO happy with this purchase. Giving it as a Christmas present along with cookbooks, might even order one for myself!

My husband really liked his cap & apron. The quality of the material was very thick and sturdy, not like others that I've purchased before.

I ordered this for my Niece and she loves it! Fits great, nice quality fabric and the stitching is done really well. Remember when adding in the name to include the word "Chef" if you want it to say that.

I ordered two chef's hats with personalized embroidery. The lettering was neat and the orange thread was bright! The hat material is of high quality and the tab of velcro makes it easy to fit.The orange apron (which matches the lettering) was a cheery surprise.Quality product and quick service.
